There’s no single “better” option here — it all depends on the match situation and your confidence level.
Choose “Small” when you feel the match is predictable and the top players are most likely to perform. This narrows down the captain/vice-captain choices and gives you fewer, but safer, options.
Go with “Large” when top players seem unpredictable or when many players are in good form. In this case, it’s better to pick your C/VC from a broader pool.
PerfectLineup automatically decides the default option (Small, Medium, or Large) for each match based on past records and our algorithm’s analysis.
However, if you believe you have better insights for a specific match, you can manually choose between Small, Medium, or Large.
Summary:
-
Small = High confidence that C/VC will come from a small set of players
-
Large = Unpredictable match, so keep more options open
Your goal should always be to select the best possible captain and vice-captain pair — and this setting is designed to help you do exactly that.
