Coverage Index (PLCI) shows how involved a player is likely to be in a match based on their batting and bowling roles. A higher value means the player is expected to contribute more and be more active during the game.
- Batting Coverage: High if the player is an opener or expected to face more balls.
- Bowling Coverage: High if the bowler regularly bowls their full quota of overs.
- Overall Coverage: Combines both batting and bowling to show total involvement.
It’s calculated from recent 5 matches and helps you choose players who consistently stay involved in the match, increasing your chances of building a strong and balanced fantasy team.
Tip: While building your fantasy team, prefer players with higher PLCI—they’re more likely to give you points through both batting and bowling. For risky picks, go for players with high bowling coverage even if their selection % is low. For captain/vice-captain, prioritize those with high overall coverage for maximum impact.
