Sometimes, it may take a few minutes for the payment to reflect due to gateway delays. Please wait for 5–10 minutes and refresh the app.
2. Payment Success, but Plan Not Activated:
If the amount has been deducted and the plan is still not active, try logging out of the app and then logging back in. This helps refresh your subscription status. If the issue still persists, please share your payment receipt or transaction ID with our support team.

You can contact us through the WhatsApp chat. We will manually verify and activate your plan as soon as possible.
